Artists
Every post should carry an artist tag naming whoever drew it. Artist tags are shown in their own colour and link to an artist entry.
Artist entries
An artist entry collects, in one place:
- the artist's name as used for tagging,
- links to their social media and galleries,
- any other names or handles they go by.
Browse them at Artists.
Naming
The artist tag is normally the artist's handle on the site the art came from, lowercased with underscores. If an artist changes their handle, the entry keeps the old name as an alternate so old posts stay findable.
Adding artist links
When a post is uploaded with a source link, the site tries to fill in the artist's profile URL automatically. If an artist is missing links, anyone can add them by opening the artist entry and choosing to edit it.
Artist requests
If you do not know who drew something, tag the post @artist_request@ so it can be found and fixed later. Do not guess.
Takedowns
If you are an artist and you want your work removed from this site, please use the contact page. We will honour it.
