Community Rules

These rules apply to all comments, forum posts, private messages, and any other interaction with other users on SamarinaBooru, in addition to the Terms of Service.

Be respectful

• No harassment, insults, or targeted hostility toward other users, artists, or shippers — including toward people who ship the same characters differently, ship other pairings, or dislike Samarie/Marina as a pairing. Disagreement about ships or characters is fine; harassment over it is not.
• No brigading, review-bombing, or organizing to harass someone on or off this site.
• No hate speech or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• No doxxing or sharing another person's private/real-life information without consent.

No spam

• No spam, advertising, or unsolicited self-promotion in comments, forum posts, or private messages.
• Don't create multiple accounts to evade a ban or bypass restrictions (also covered in the Terms of Service).

Zero tolerance for real-world exploitative content

• Content that sexualizes real minors, or fictional content designed to resemble a real identifiable minor, is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban and a report to the relevant authorities (e.g. NCMEC in the United States). This applies regardless of art style, medium, or claimed context.
• This is separate from ordinary fictional character content — see Upload Rules for tagging and content standards.

Use the blacklist to curate your own experience

• By default, new accounts have the tag "samarinalevi" blacklisted (hidden) automatically, since it covers art involving Samarie, Marina, and Levi together and some visitors prefer not to see it by default.
• This is just a default, not a site rule — you're free to remove it (or add your own blacklist entries) any time from your account settings. Blacklisted content isn't deleted or restricted, it's just hidden from your view until you choose to see it.

Moderation

• Moderators may remove content, lock threads, or suspend accounts that violate these rules or the Terms of Service, at their discretion.
• If you believe a moderation action was a mistake, you can appeal by contacting a moderator or admin directly.
