User Accounts
Anyone can browse SamarinaBooru without an account, but an account lets you upload, favorite, comment, vote, and keep your own settings and blacklist.
Account levels
- Member — what every account is when it is created. Members can upload, tag, comment, vote, favorite, edit the wiki, and use every normal feature of the site.
- Builder / Contributor / Approver — trusted users given extra tools, granted by staff.
- Moderator / Admin / Owner — staff who handle reports, moderate content, and run the site.
There are no paid accounts on this site. Every feature available to members is free, and nothing is locked behind an upgrade.
Your profile
Your profile shows your join date, upload and tagging activity, and your account level. Visit My Account.
Keeping your account safe
Use a password you do not use anywhere else, and turn on two-factor authentication in Settings. This matters a great deal for staff accounts.
