Combinators

• tag1 tag2 — both tags (AND)
• -tag — exclude a tag
• ( tag1 ~ tag2 ) — either tag (OR)
• partial* or *partial — wildcard match

Common metatags

• rating:g / rating:s / rating:q / rating:e
• status:pending / status:deleted / status:any
• score:>N / score:<N
• width: / height: / ratio:
• user: / approver: / source: / md5: / parent: / pool:
• order: (score, favcount, rank, random, ...)
